Store #5129. I went to get tires, after two hours of there I'm told they couldn't replace the tire. While there I did shopping and was about to check out. After they finally told me they wouldn't replace the tire I just left everything in the store. 1. The little old woman in the tire Dept was rude in incompetent. 2. The tire tech was nice, but could have told me up front they couldn't change the tire. 3. Everyone there kept referring me to someone else. I've gotten tires there before, and of all the places around, I chose Walmart first. I wont again. This was terrible. What made it worse the guy said he tried to call, funny there's no calls on my cell phone. Nothing on the PA system either. I don't like being lied to. I wont go back. Corporate needs to educate the staff at this store, it already has a poor reputation. I'm gonna blow up Yelp, Twitter, and Google about this experience. I hope others avoid this Walmart.
I received excellent customer service, informations about my rx, cost and instructions from the Pharmacist Max. He was knowledgeable about my medicine and made sure that I understood how to use The rd according to the doctors instructions. The employees were customer service friendly, efficient, and worked well as a team. All the customers left seemingly very satisfied with the service they received from the Pharmacy staff.
They just have 1 counter during the day and it took forever to pickup prescription. Not bring my prescription here again.
The service here is absolutely terrible, the pharmacist was very honest, he told me there was no one to check me out. This is the worst Walmart pharmacy in Maryland.
I have been here over an hour and a half. They can't find the prescription. The hospital has emailed it twice, faxed, and called and left a voicemail because no one picked up. I just need my kids meds and no one seems to care. They won't speak with the doctor on my phone and somone has their line tied up!
