The sales associates were so helpful in helping me make my selections. 5 days before Christmas and found everything I was looking for. knowledge sales staff and a organized store make the Annapolis road store a pleasure to shop !!!
I was assisted physically to area I found the cane with the four prongs at the bottom that was shopping for and a very, very reasonable price. She was very attentive to being of further assistance to me but I didn't need any. I browsed for a few minutes in that area and left finding a quick check out line and I was out. By the way that was the last in stock on the shelf.
What’s worse is that the guys in the electronics area usually never know what’s going on.
I really like the way they have a lot of cashiers to where you can get in and out quick keep up the good work guys
I’ve come here many times and some things don’t change. Like the attitudes of the workers and the consistent messy state of the store.
Came in early for a game that released today, and they claim they don’t have it and that it isn’t out yet. DESPITE having displays showing off the product and the release date. I’m sent off empty handed while I’m POSITIVE there’s a box full of what I needed steadily collecting dust in the back.
My wife went to get a Christmas tree stand. After walking around for a while (trying to find what she needed on the empty shelves), she decided to ask for help. Of course, she was unable to get any. She asked if they could check the inventory of another store nearby and was told, "um, I don't think we can do that". Wth kind of answer is that. I, myself have only been there once (when it first opened), and I vowed to never go back. She decided to try and was extremely disappointed. This IS the WORST WalMart location by far. Writing negative reviews don't help. The complaints fall on deaf ears, and there appears to be no Customer relations team in place to rectify anything. They need to close this location and build something else! One star is being generous
Please get your people on the same page, organize your stock, and have most of the staff fix their attitudes. Think I’m done with this location.
